About
Tea Witch. Plant Whisperer. Wild One.
I envision the Herbiary as a place rooted in Nature, connection, and a kind of slow, intentional magic.
Every tea I craft starts with a relationship. I stand in front on the jars and ask for plants to come forward that want to assist. It might sound a little woo, and it is!
They’re not just ingredients - they’re allies, and as such, I make sure where I source them from aligns with my core values.
The herbs are grown by me on my small herb farm, foraged from the wild places I walk often, or ethically and sustainably sourced from trusted local wildcrafters and herbalists.
If I can’t find them locally, I’m purchasing them from reputable, organic sources in Canada.
This way, I put my money where my values are and support the local community and aligned suppliers that are wild rafting responsibly or growing organically.
Every loose-leaf tea blend is created intuitively, based on feeling, energy, and deep listening.
Intuitive tea blending is hard to explain - but you know it when you feel it. Like how Slumber came to life as a custom blend, and now somehow finds its way to the people who need it most. That’s the magic. That’s the intention I pour into every cup.
I don’t think I’m here to change the whole world - but maybe I can change yours. If one person reconnects with Mother Nature and her deep healing and wisdom because of something I’ve offered, and they inspire one more, and so on… we create a ripple.
A movement.
A remembering.
I open up the Herbiary for you based on when you want to come visit and as such, I don’t have regular hours.
Out here at the Herbiary, you'll find a self-serve apothecary stocked with dried herbs.
It’s a space where home herbalists and curious souls gather to learn, share, grow and share all of this over a cup of loose leaf herbal tea.
I talk to plants. I listen to them. I walk the land with gratitude and reverence for the animals, big and small, who call this place home. These relationships are real - and they teach me something new every season.
My deepest calling is to pass that on. To help others slow down, dig in, and discover that some of the most powerful medicine grows right in your own backyard.
This isn’t just learning what herbs do what for us - it’s a homecoming. A return to the wild wisdom within us.

💜 Angie
